Voice
Call Zoe by phone — ask questions, create tickets, and approve work with your voice.
Voice lets your organization reach Zoe over a normal phone call. Callers ask questions, open and update tickets, and confirm actions out loud. Zoe reads back what it is about to do before it does it, and every call is recorded in the same audit trail as the web and mobile apps.
What you can do here
- Answer common questions from your organization's knowledge.
- Create and update tickets in ServiceNow or Zoho Desk during the call.
- Approve or decline proposed actions with a spoken confirmation.
- Transfer to a person when the caller asks or Zoe cannot help.
Voice is set up by AINOW for your organization's phone numbers; ask your AINOW contact to enable it.
Available capabilities depend on your organization's plan and connected systems.
