Customer Portal
Administer your AINOW organization — people, connectors, skills, approvals, and support cases.
The Customer Portal is where your organization's administrators run AINOW: who can use it, which systems it connects to, what it is allowed to do, and how work is approved. Sign in with your Microsoft work account at customer-portal.prod.ainowsolutions.ca.
What you can do here
- Add and remove administrators and see who has access.
- Connect systems of record such as ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, and Microsoft 365.
- Publish skills — reusable procedures Zoe follows for your organization.
- Review the work queue and approve or decline actions before they run.
- Set guardrails and review the audit trail of what Zoe did and why.
- Open and follow support cases with AINOW.
Available capabilities depend on your organization's plan and connected systems.
