A weekly AI posture digest, owner notifications and posture across MSP customers
Administrators now receive a weekly email with the posture score, new AI assets and new failing controls. Managers can ask an asset's owner to review it, and MSPs can see their customers' posture on the Customers page.
The digest goes out after the first completed scan of each week to administrators with an email address in your synced directory. Turn it off with Send the weekly digest in Settings. Notify owner on an asset's details emails the owner, at most once per asset every 7 days.
On an MSP's Customers page, administrators see how many customers are licensed, the average posture score and critical findings, with a Posture column for each customer. From the same page an administrator, or a member with the Pricing management role, can license the AI Command Center for a customer.
