Set and clear the owner of an AI asset
You can now set or clear the owner of any AI asset from its details. When nobody has assigned one, the inventory shows the owner a source reported, such as the owner of a Copilot Studio agent.
Select Details on an asset, then Edit owner, and enter an email address, a UPN or an Entra object id. An owner you assign takes the place of a reported one, which is marked from Power Platform or from Entra.
Findings on the Controls page now show each asset's kind and vendor, so two assets with the same name are easy to tell apart.
