See the AI in use across your organization with the AI Command Center
The AI Command Center is a new governance module in the Customer Portal. It discovers AI apps, agents, models and integrations across your Microsoft tenant and your AINOW workspace, and keeps them in one inventory with their status, owner and usage.
Open Command Center in the portal once your AINOW contact has made it available to your tenant. It is licensed separately, so it can run on its own or alongside chat, voice and agents. Members who are not administrators need one of the AI Command Center roles.
Your AINOW workspace is read from the start. The Microsoft sources read your enterprise applications, sign-ins, agent identities and Microsoft 365 Copilot usage once a Global Administrator has granted consent, and you choose which ones run. Scans run every night, and a manager can start one with Run scan. Each asset starts as Discovered until you mark it Sanctioned, Tolerated, Unsanctioned or another status.
