Consult AI agents your organization runs elsewhere
Zoe can now consult AI agents that run outside AINOW, in chat and by voice. Add one that speaks the Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol and it joins the roster, gets routed by role, and answers in the background.
Add an External agent (A2A) from Integrations, once your AINOW contact has made it available to your tenant. You can also browse the AI agents on a connected ServiceNow instance. A data-masking guardrail with live scanning must be on, because Zoe masks the question going out and the answer coming back.
External agents only answer: they cannot propose a change through AINOW. See Agents and Agent Packs.
