Download call recordings from a link sent to your transcript webhook
When a recorded call's audio is ready, your transcript webhook now receives a recording.available event with a signed link to download it as an MP3, so your own systems can collect recordings without anyone opening the portal.
It applies to phone lines with Record calls on and a transcript webhook set up. The link is valid for 24 hours, so download the file when the event arrives. Anyone holding the link can use it until it expires, and each download is recorded.
Recordings also stay on the Voice calls page for your retention period.
