Remove a customer from your MSP workspace, with an export and a 30-day window
Managed service providers can now remove a customer from the Customers page. Access stops at once, the data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, and you can generate an export to hand over to the customer.
Select Remove on the customer's row, leave the export ticked if you want an archive, and add a note. The row then tracks the export, lets you download the archive, and counts down to permanent deletion. Cancel removal restores the customer at any point before deletion starts. Billing history is retained.
A customer whose setup failed can be discarded the same way: there is nothing to export, and it is deleted right away.
