Adopt prebuilt agents from the Agent Pack catalogue
The Agents page in the customer portal now has an Agent Pack catalogue: prebuilt agents with their skills, published by AINOW. Preview a pack, adopt it as your own disabled copy, and review each new version item by item before taking it.
Adopt stays disabled until the integrations a pack requires are active. Nothing runs until you enable the agent on the Agents page and its skills on the Skills page, and you can edit both freely: updates never apply on their own and never overwrite your edits without asking.
Removing a pack deletes its agent and keeps its skills as ordinary enterprise skills. See Agents and Agent Packs.
