Administrators get an Explain option under every finished reply in the chat. It opens a panel showing the model calls, tools, sources, skills, hand-offs, memories, guardrail hits and approvals behind that exact answer.
The Explain chip appears only for tenant administrators, and only once a reply has finished streaming.
It reads the same audited record as the conversation replay in the customer portal, so message content stays behind a reveal step that is itself recorded. The quickest use is tuning: change a persona, skill, integration or guardrail, ask again, and see exactly what changed.
