The voice assistant knows the current date and time
Voice conversations now begin with the current local date, time and timezone, so the assistant can say when a call is happening and record an accurate time on a ticket it raises, rather than inventing one.
Applies to phone calls and to voice in the browser. Times are reported in Eastern Time for now; a per-tenant timezone setting is planned.
