Decline by voice, and act on approvals waiting from earlier
Saying no in a voice conversation on the web or in AINOW Mobile now declines a proposed change. Approvals raised earlier are listed when the conversation starts, so you can approve or decline them by naming the one you mean.
The ten most recent waiting approvals are read into the session when it starts, each with a short reference and a note saying whether it can be decided by voice or needs a tap in the app.
Declining always works, whatever the policy. Approving by voice depends on the voice-confirmation policy your administrator sets, and a change above that level stays waiting until you tap it. Approvals raised after a conversation starts are not added to the list part-way through.
