Specialist hand-off and memory capture in voice conversations
In a voice conversation you can now hand a question to one of your specialist agents and ask Zoe to remember something, confirming with a spoken yes or no. Longer hand-offs finish in the background and Zoe reads the answer out if you are still talking.
Ask about something one of your specialist agents covers and Zoe hands it off instead of working through it herself. Quick consults come back in the conversation; longer ones run in the background, and Zoe reads out the answer if the session is still open — otherwise it is waiting for you in the transcript and in your notifications.
When Zoe offers to remember something, a spoken yes saves it and a spoken no dismisses it, under the same voice-confirmation policy your administrator sets for approvals.
Available in voice conversations in the browser. Phone calls are not included, and memory capture is unavailable while a conversation is pinned to a record you opened from My Queue.
