Zoe remembers what you tell her to, and nothing else
Zoe can offer to remember a durable fact about how you work. Nothing is saved until you confirm the card, you can edit the wording first, and what you save is applied in every later conversation.
Manage everything on the Memory page: edit a fact, delete one, or forget all of them, with a note of where each came from. Saved facts apply in chat, in browser voice and in scheduled workflows, up to fifty facts per person.
Admins can review and purge a member's memories from the Customer Portal, and every time an admin looks, that view is recorded — a notice on the page says so. Removing someone from the workspace removes their memories with them.
