Named agents you can create, dress up and manage
Your workspace gets a roster of named agents alongside Zoe. Members create and edit their own personal agents, admins manage the organization's agents in the Customer Portal, and every agent has an activity view.
The roster sits in the history rail — Zoe first, then your organization's agents, then your own. Open one to see its role, what it knows and what it is allowed to use.
Personal agents get a look of their own, a short description of what they know, and a set of read-only tools, skills and repositories drawn from what you already have access to; an agent can never do more than you can. Organization agents are set up by admins in the Customer Portal, which is also where a personal agent can be promoted to the whole organization and where per-agent activity is reported. Admins can give Zoe her own look from the branding settings.
