Draft email, mark messages read, and find a time that suits everyone
Zoe can compose a draft in your Outlook Drafts folder — blank, or set up as a reply, reply-all or forward — edit it, send it with your approval, mark messages read or unread, and suggest meeting times from attendees' availability.
These need a wider set of Microsoft permissions than before, and this is the only time the Microsoft 365 integration asks for that — later additions ride on the same permissions.
Where your administrator grants consent for the expanded permissions, everyone already connected upgrades quietly within about an hour and needs to do nothing. Without it, everything you use today keeps working and you are asked to reconnect Microsoft from the Integrations page the first time you use one of the new capabilities.
