Push notifications arrive on your phone when an approval is waiting — from chat, voice, a scheduled workflow or an email line — and when a workflow finishes or fails. Tapping one opens straight to the item.
Notifications name the workspace they came from and follow your language setting. Tapping through works from a cold start and survives signing in or switching workspace on the way. Signing out removes the device so it stops receiving them.
