VoicePortal
Stream call transcripts to your own systems
A phone number can send its transcript to an endpoint you control: a call-started event, each utterance as it is finalised, any transfer, and a final event carrying the complete transcript of the call.
Set it per number in the Customer Portal — inherit the default, turn it off, or point it at your own address with a bearer token you supply. The token is write-only and is never shown back to you.
Events during the call are best-effort, so a slow listener can never hold up the audio. The final event is retried until it lands, so accept the same call once and reconcile any gaps against the complete transcript it carries. Text is masked by the same guardrails that mask the stored transcript.
