Call length limits and still-there checks for phone numbers
Each phone number can carry a maximum call length and a silence timeout. Zoe starts wrapping up a minute before the limit, asks whether the caller is still there after a quiet stretch, then transfers or says goodbye and hangs up.
Both settings are optional and set per number in the Customer Portal. When a call reaches its limit it transfers to the number's first configured destination if one exists, and otherwise ends politely.
The silence clock only counts time the caller could actually be heard, so it never runs during the greeting, and any speech resets it.
