Browse your Microsoft directory and add people in bulk
Admins can browse their organization's Microsoft directory from the Customer Portal, filter by name, department or existing membership, and add one person or a whole group to the workspace with a role in a single step.
Open Directory in the Customer Portal. Search by name, narrow by department, or show only the people who are not members yet, then add them one at a time or select several and assign a role in one action.
Browsing needs directory sync switched on for your organization and Microsoft sign-in. You can run a sync on demand or leave the scheduled sync running; organizations that sign in with a different identity provider have no directory to browse.
