Microsoft 365 mail, meetings and tasks in the side panel
When Zoe reads a specific Microsoft 365 email, meeting or task, the side panel shows exactly what it saw: sender, subject and body, or the meeting's time, location and organizer, or the task's due date and status.
Emails and meetings carry an Open in Outlook link so you can jump straight to the item. The panel opens only when a single item is in focus, so a list of several results does not open one. Searches, and anything that sends or changes an item, never open a panel; those still go through an approval card.
