Records open in a side panel while you chat
When Zoe reads a record, a panel opens beside the conversation with that record's fields, read fresh from the source system, and any change waiting for your approval is highlighted in place.
It covers every ServiceNow record type and Salesforce cases. The panel re-reads the record when it opens, so you are never looking at a stale copy, and it shows whatever fields the system returns, including fields your organization has added itself. On narrow screens it slides over the conversation instead of docking beside it. Close it any time, and reopen it from the show preview link on the message.
