The greeting now shows tiles from all of your connected systems at once, including your next meeting, unread mail, tasks due, open incidents and cases, and approvals waiting on you, each color-coded by where it came from.
Click a tile to ask Zoe about it straight away. Hide a tile you do not need and restore it later from the customize menu; that choice is yours alone and follows you between visits. Systems you have not connected yet appear grayed out with a Connect option. Microsoft 365 contributes meeting, mail and task tiles directly, while ServiceNow, Salesforce and other systems contribute counts from their own metrics.
