Export work items to Excel from a conversation
Ask Zoe for an Excel export of your work items and a download card appears in the conversation as soon as the file is ready. Only the person who asked for the export can download it.
Ask in plain language, for example export all open incidents to Excel. The file is built in the background and the card in your conversation updates when it is ready. Exports are private to you, so nobody else in your organization can open one, and files are deleted automatically after a short retention window.
