Install the AINOW ServiceNow app from an update set
The AINOW scoped application for ServiceNow now ships as an importable update set, so your ServiceNow administrator can install it through the standard import flow instead of assembling it by hand.
Import the file under System Update Sets, preview it, and commit. Re-importing a newer version updates the same records in place rather than creating duplicates. The app is what lets AINOW discover your instance's categories and dependent subcategories, read aggregate metrics, and follow configuration item relationships; the integration still works without it, with fewer of those capabilities.
