Sign in with your own identity provider
Replace Microsoft Entra with Okta, Google Workspace or any standards-compliant OpenID Connect provider for your organization, set up by your own administrators in the customer portal.
Open Settings in the customer portal and use the Single sign-on card: enter your issuer, client ID and client secret, then complete a one-time verification sign-in. The provider only goes live once that verification succeeds, so a misconfigured setup can never lock your organization out, and Microsoft Entra keeps working until then. One provider per organization, covering both the assistant and the customer portal.
