Add your logo, pick a font and control where the widget embeds
Upload your organization's logo, choose a font for the assistant, and list the websites allowed to embed the chat widget, all from Settings in the customer portal.
The logo appears in the top bar and on the widget launcher. PNG, JPEG and WebP images up to 128 KB are accepted. The embedding list is the authoritative allowlist for your widget, so adding or removing a site takes effect without any help from us. Service providers also get a consolidated billing view that rolls up the customer organizations they manage.
