Brand the assistant with your own colors, name and greeting
Set your organization's accent colors, assistant name and greeting so the full-page assistant, the embeddable widget and the portal all carry your brand instead of the AINOW default.
Open Settings in the customer portal and use the Branding card. Colors apply in both light and dark themes, across the full-page assistant and the embeddable widget. The name you set replaces the default name the assistant introduces itself with, and the greeting can address each person by their own first name. Service providers can also now create customer organizations underneath their own, with parent administrators inheriting admin access to each one.
