Live tiles on the chat greeting
Zoe's greeting now opens with a live snapshot of your work — records assigned to you, approvals waiting, service levels at risk — and clicking a tile starts a conversation about it.
Tiles are read from your connected system of record and refresh every few minutes. If one source is unavailable, its tile appears without a number instead of the whole strip disappearing.
