Self-service webhook setup for ServiceNow updates
The customer portal now generates the address and secret your ServiceNow instance needs to push updates into AINOW, so you can set the connection up yourself.
Both values sit on the ServiceNow connector in the customer portal, ready to copy, with a Regenerate button when you want to rotate the secret. Paste them into the outbound webhook configuration in your instance; a rotated secret takes effect immediately, so change both sides together.
